Step 1: Application Packet

1. Click to Create an Account -To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.
2.  Click to Start Application  -You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.
3. Complete application and submit required documents.  The types of documents that you will need to provide include:
   • Copy of Child's Birth Certificate
   • Most recent Report Cards
   • Academic Transcripts
   • Standardized Test Scores
   • Multi-disciplinary Evaluation/Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
4.  Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee- Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee of $60.

Step 2: Assessment

Once all of the information is received and the application is reviewed, the NDCS School Office will contact you to schedule:

• Family Interview
• Admissions Testing for Grade Placement

Step 3: Enrollment Packet

• Welcome and Acceptance Letter
• Complete Enrollment Packet- includes:
  • Signed Agreements
  • Signed Student/Parent Handbook
  • Audio/Visual Permissions
  • Medical Information
  • Emergency Contacts
  • Payment Plan Selection
• Enrollment Fee to secure spot ($250 for K-12th prior to June 1st; $300 after June 1st)
